  13. I wouldn't like a detection through TOS version.

  15. There are machines which don't have the correct language for that country,
  16. and early falcons had a bug in the NVRAM handling, which prevented it
  17. to alter the settings, eg to German. 
  18. I would prefer an prompt for this at installation.
